1. When will my shoes arrive?
You can expect your shoes to reach you within 12 to 15 business days of placing your order. The shoes at AUZORI are currently made to order so that we can freshly handcraft your shoes and send them to you in the best condition possible.
2. How do you deliver the order?
We work with multiple trusted logistic partners who specialise in shipping across India.
3. Is my order delivered securely?
You will always receive your order in a branded tamper proof bag which can be opened by tearing / cutting it. In case you believe your package has been tampered with, please make sure you immediately take a photograph of the the same and get in touch with our customer service team on hello@shopauzori.com or WhatsApp us on +91 7777 056 347.
3. Do you ship PAN India?
We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders to most places within India. In the scenario, that your pin code isn't serviceable through our website, please contact us on hello@shopauzori.com and we will try and get it to you! We charge a nominal fee of Rs.150 for COD orders.
4. Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer COD mode of payment for orders shipped within India. We charge a nominal fee of Rs.150 for this service. Prior to processing COD orders, please anticipate a courtesy call from our dedicated team to verify and confirm your order. In the event that you are unable to answer our call, our team will promptly send you a message via WhatsApp. It is important to note that failure to confirm the order through either call or WhatsApp may lead to the order being canceled and not processed further. This exercise is carried out to avoid fraudulent orders from uninterested buyers. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Please also note, the additional cost for COD is a one time fee and deducted from your overall bill value in case of exchange / return.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship PAN India. In case you'd like to know more about getting our shoes shipped internationally, please write to us on hello@shopauzori.com and we will assist you further.
