Exchange

We have a 7 day exchange policy.

If for some reason, you do not like the fit of your shoes and are facing issues with the size, please reach out to us on hello@shopauzori.com or WhatsApp on +91 7777 056 347 and we'll help you find the right fit. 

For this, we request you to send us supporting images of the products along with reasoning so that our team can assist you better. Without images, we will not be able to help you in case of an exchange / credit note. 

Please make sure to try the shoes indoors in order to avoid getting them dirty. If we find that the shoes have been worn and in condition not suitable for exchange, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange request to maintain quality standards.

You can exchange the item once for a different style or size in the same price range. If the new style you've chose is of a lower amount that the previously ordered style, no refund of the balance amount will be provided. You can either add more items to your order or request a credit note of the balance amount which will be valid for three (03) months. 

Refund

As a policy, we do not offer refunds on purchase once made. We only offer exchange / replacement once due to size or fit issues (as per standard size chart provided on our website) or a credit note of the amount.

The credit note will be sent to your email ID and will have a validity of three (03) months. 

Please note, items on sale will not be exchanged or refunded.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return 

If for any given reason, you are not satisfied with the product or the replacement, you have a period of 7 days from the receipt of your order to make your return. To initiate the process, write to us on hello@shopauzori.com or WhatsApp on +91 7777 056 347 along with supporting reason and images and we will make sure to evaluate this for you. 

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in a perfect, unworn and undamaged condition and in its complete original packaging.

As mentioned above, we do not provide refund on any orders. We will provide you with a credit note which will be valid for three (03) months.

Clearance sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. We thoroughly inspect all clearance sale items before they are made available for purchase to ensure their quality. However, if you receive a defective or damaged clearance sale item, please contact our customer service team within 07 days of receiving the product for assistance.
